The Phantom features the same material found in the Shadow and Ghost, but cut smaller so you can get up to speed faster. Always great for smooth concrete or dirty tile surfaces when grip is in high demand, the 59mm Phantom has a bit more quickness.  We call them “Hybrid” Wheels because they can also be used for outdoor skating.
